Uncommonly Rossina began with a simple conviction: the food we eat should reflect the same care we'd give to a meal for our own family. That conviction has shaped everything since — the way we source, the way we bake, the way we choose what earns a place on our shelves.
We are rooted here in McAllen. We bake for our neighbors. Every sourdough loaf, every jar of preserves, every selection on our pantry shelves is something we'd proudly serve at our own table.
